Sunday, Aug. 27, 2023 –

Dinner:

Homemade red sauce with meat served over Linguine –Rustichella Pasta Abruzzese, French bread with butter

Monday, Aug. 28, 2023 –

Breakfast:

Homemade brown butter bourbon banana bread served with French butter St. Dalfour apricot preserves, slab bacon with the rind.

 Dinner:

Grilled chicken quarters (leg/thigh) coated with dry rub, baked sweet potato, New Jersey tomato salad dressed with homemade dressing (EVOO, cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, fresh garlic, salt, sugar (pinch), pepper, Herbs de Provence

Tuesday, Aug. 29, 2023 –

 Breakfast:

Homemade brown butter bourbon banana bread

Dinner:

Leftover spaghetti.

Wednesday, Aug. 30, 2023 –

Fried chicken (party wings), tomatoes from my garden, local, grilled squash/zucchini/onions, herbs de Provence

Thursday, Aug. 31, 2023 –

Dinner:

Grilled, wild-caught red snapper crusted in a homemade dry seafood rub, mixed wild rice with diced carrots, onions, fresh dried tarragon, sauteed spinach with bacon drippings, onion

Friday, Sept. 01, 2023:

Dinner: Leftovers from Thursday’s dinner (Aquilla), Grilled beef hotdogs served on a brioche bun, with diced, raw onions, yellow mustard

Saturday, Sept. 02, 2023 –

Brunch:

Slab bacon with the rind, Metropolitan Bakery croissants with Kerigold unsalted butter/St. Dalfour apricot preserves, local strawberries dressed with fresh lime juice, sugar in a bathe of local, organic heavy whipping cream

Dinner:

Fried porgies, collard greens, baked red garnet sweet potato dressed with Kerigold butter, Savana Bee Co. Tupelo honey, homemade cole slaw, homemade, fresh brewed iced tea steeped in a big bunch of fresh mint, a chunk of fresh ginger.

Dessert:

Carrot cake from Metropolitan Bakery

Milk chocolate pecan paws.
